nOTe: For all MFR Model 30 – 50 washers
manufactured prior to April 2006 and all
MFR Model 60 - 80 washers manufactured
prior to October 2006, the hinge was
mounted to the door using smooth head
6mm bolts. These bolts were difficult if not
impossible to tighten in the field. A hinge
kit was created to allow replacing the 6mm
bolts with hex keyed 8mm bolts. The Hinge
Kit #W10182557 includes enough 8mm
bolts, various shims and hinge blocks, to
change over 10 washer doors. The new
8mm bolts could be held securely with a hex
key allowing better tightening of the door to
the hinge.
