9. Press the trunnion onto the basket shaft
using a 20mm hex key to hold the press
tool. Use the bar wrench #514695 to
tighten the threaded rod nut until it is tight.
Remove the press tools.
10. Verify the position of the trunnion. The
front shoulder of the basket shaft should be
almost equal with the inner race of the rear
bearing, between 0 and .5mm or .02".
11. Install new brass washers onto a
thoroughly cleaned frame. If new brass
washers are not available, reinstall the
original brass washers between the frame
and the trunnion in the exact placement
and position that they were removed from
as previously marked. Reinstall the 4
bolts with washers from the trunnion into
the frame. Reinstall the spacers and nuts
from under the frame. It is recommended
that the fiber lock nuts be replaced with
new ones to make sure they remain tight.
Torque these 4 bolts to 75 foot pounds, then
tighten each bolt to 150 foot pounds.
12. Reinstall the 6 nuts and washers that
secure the trunnion to the back of the drum.
Torque these nuts to 11 foot pounds.

Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1. Remove front panel (See page 4-19).
2. Before removing the front shell of the drum,
make alignment marks for reassembly on
the edge of the front shell and on the drum.
3. Disconnect the door lock wire harness and
the two micro switch connectors on the left
side of the door opening.
