Immediately check that there is no space
between the bottom of the seal and the seal

Apply Loctite® 5203™ on the seal holder
flange of the bearing housing, encircling all
the bolt holes and connecting them with a
continuous bead of about 1mm in width.
nOTe: Too much product will affect the
drying process.

Line up the holes of the seal holder and
the bearing housing flange. Slowly drop the
seal holder into place. Use an awl to make
sure holder is in alignment with flange.
38.
Apply a bead of Loctite® 5203™, or
similar product, to the threads of the four
seal holder mounting screws. Secure all
four screws.
39.
Using two people, lift the bearing housing
and slide it onto the guide rods still installed
on the washer. Make sure the single weep
hole is positioned at the top of the bearing
housing. Push bearing housing flush to the
rear of the outer tub.
40.
Reinstall the top and bottom hex bolts in
the bearing housing until they are just snug,
not tight.
41.
Remove the guidance rods one at a time
and reinstall the corresponding bolts after
each rod removal.
nOTe: Do not use an impact wrench
