Attach the puller tool, #518936, to the pulley
spokes with the pushing bolt in the middle
of the M16 center bolt.

Turn the pulley puller push bolt with a hex
key. Continue tightening and pushing
against the center bolt to remove the pulley.

Support the puller and pulley to avoid
having them fall when the pulley comes off.

Remove the tolerance ring from the shaft
after removing the pulley.

To remove the bearing housing, use a
24mm socket, with a breaker bar, to remove
the two top and two bottom M16x50 bolts
that secure bearing housing to the frame.
Loosen but not remove bolts on each side.

Insert four guide rods, #518861, where the
four bolts were removed. Make sure the
entire threaded section of the guide rods
are in the bolt holes and snug, but not over
tightened.

Remove the remaining two M16x50 bolts,
allowing the trunnion to rest on guide rods.
Attach a standard two arm puller into the
holes on top and bottom of the trunnion
assembly. Place the point of the pushing
bolt of the puller into the center of the M16
center bolt.
