ReinSTall TRunniOn aSSeMBly - MFR18 & 25
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
excessive Weight Hazard
use two people to move or install
heavy parts.
Failure to do so can result in back or
other injury.
1.
Reinstall a hex head bolt and flat washer
through each spoke and hole in the rear
trunnion flange, then the lock washer and
nut from below the flange. Hand tighten.
2.
Turn the trunnion and spokes over. The
drain slot is at the bottom of the trunnion,
the ventilation holes are at the top.
3.
Locate the mark made to indicate the top of
the tub ring. Lay the tub ring on the spokes,
mark down, aligning the mark with the
ventilation holes.

4.
Place the iron back plate on top of the tub
ring with the long slot opening, oriented to
the bottom of the trunnion.
5.
Place the stainless steel back plate on top
of the iron back plate, guiding the overflow
hose attached to the stainless steel back
plate, through hole in the edge of the iron
back plate.

6.
Reinstall the six M10 stainless steel bolts
with new brass washers in the holes around
the center hole with the stainless steel back
plate facing up.
nOTe: If new brass washers are not
available, turn the washers over on the bolt
and use a small amount of silicone sealant
on the washer.
