Step
For this task...
1
Verify that the installation site meets the site
requirements.
IMPORTANT

Clear the table of all other material that may interfere
with the installation.

Unpack and connect the computer.

Unpack the Bravo Platform and accessories.

Install the Bravo deck risers.

Connect the Bravo Platform power cord, communications
cable, and pendant cable.

Install the Bravo 96AM Head.

Install the 96AM Wash Station and Pump Module.

Install the standard platepads at the specified Bravo
deck locations.

Install the Peltier Thermal Station and the Inheco STC
Controller.

Install the Orbital Shaking Station.

Set up the software, and configure the device files.

Set the AssayMAP head teachpoints in every one of the
AssayMAP profiles. Verify the gripper offset in every
profile.

Install the Bravo shields and Light Curtain.

Verify the installation and setup.
