Click Restore Defaults to ensure that the settings are correct.

Under Application Settings, change the following settings as shown in the
following figure:

Set the Number of Full Columns of Cartridges to 12.

Set the Flow Rate (µL/min) to 500 for each applicable step and the Wash
Cycles to 1 to reduce the duration of the mock run.
