Uninstall any previous versions of the following software:
a
Protein Sample Prep Workbench or AssayMAP Launch Pad
b
VWorks software
Note: For Windows 10, go to Settings > System > Apps & features, select the
name of the software application, and then click Uninstall.
For Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features, select the
name of the software application, and then click Uninstall.

Install the VWorks Automation Control software. See the release notes for
the installation instructions. The software installation includes the Bravo
plugin, which installs Bravo Diagnostics and Bravo firmware.
To install the Protein Sample Prep Workbench:

Ensure that you have the latest Protein Sample Prep Workbench installer.
The installer is included on a CD as a part of the AssayMAP Bravo
Platform bill of material (BOM).

Run the Protein Sample Prep Workbench installer, and then follow the
on- screen instructions.

If the computer contains earlier versions of AssayMAP content, a series of
warning messages appear and ask if you want to overwrite the earlier
version. For example, a message will appear for each labware definition of
the same name.
In each Existing Labware Definition Detected message that states an existing
copy of the labware was found, click Yes to overwrite.
CAUTION
When you overwrite existing copies of the labware definitions, you will
lose any custom changes that you may have made to labware definitions. If you overwrite
existing device files, you will lose the teachpoints associated with the device profiles.
In each message that states an existing copy of the device profile was
found, click Yes to overwrite.
