Restrictions - The sum of the committed information rate values for all bandwidth and expedite commands defined within
a policy must not exceed the available link bandwidth of the interface to which that policy is assigned. Violation of this
requirement shall prevent successful attachment of a policy to the interface, or shall cause this command to fail if the
policy is already in service on one or more interfaces.

9.5.5 expedite percent

This command identifies the maximum guaranteed amount of bandwidth to be reserved for the specified class instance within
the named policy using a relative rate notation. The committed information rate is specified as a percentage of total link capacity
and is an integer from 1 to 100. The optional committed burst size is specified in kilobytes (KB) as an integer from 1 to 128, with
a default of 4.

This command marks all packets for the associated traffic stream with the specified IP DSCP value. The <dscpval> value is
specified as either an integer from 0 to 63, or symbolically through one of the following keywords: af11, af12, af13, af21, af22,
af23, af31, af32, af33, af41, af42, af43, be, cs0, cs1, cs2, cs3, cs4, cs5, cs6, cs7, ef.
