Detection Remedy
Replace the finisher controller
PCB. Replace the DC controller
PCB.
fault in communication Replace the finisher controller
between finisher and PCB. Replace the saddle controller
saddle unit PCB. Check the cable.
fault in communication Replace the finisher controller
between finisher and PCB. Replace the punch drive PCB.
punch unit Check the cable.
Turn off the main power. Check the
wiring of the DC controller PCB
fault in the data stored and the finisher controller, and
in backup memory check the fuse of the 24-V power
supply. Thereafter, turn the main
power back on.
Replace the punch driver PCB.
fault in the EEPROM
Replace the finisher controller
data of the punch unit
