ACD/UCD Group Agent Assignment

General Description
Use this Memory Block to specify the Agent Station Number and the Automatic Call
Distribution/Uniform Call Distribution (ACD/UCD) Group Number where each agent is
assigned.

1 Go off-line.

2 Press LK1 + LK8 +
3 Setting data includes Group no. (1 ~ 4) and Station No. (4 digits max.) Use the dial pad
to enter data.
Agent station number is one of the following:
2 digit (00 ~ 99)
3 digit (000 ~ 999)
G
4 digit (0000 ~ 9999)
4 Press to write Group and Station No. and advance to next Agent number (1 ~ 32).
5 Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for each remaining Agent. The next Memory Block is displayed.
