Cannot send by Alias Fax number.

2 Number of specified Alias fax correct?
3 Firewall/NAT installed?
4 Transmission sent manually?
5 Gatekeeper installed correctly?
6 Gatekeeper power switched on?
7 IP address/host name of Gatekeeper correct?
8 DNS server registered when Gatekeeper host
name specified?
9 Enable H.323 SW is set to on?
10 IP address of local fax registered?
11 Alias number of local fax registered?
12 Remote fax registered in Gatekeeper?
13 Remote fax a T.38 terminal?
14 Remote fax switched off or busy?
15 Network bandwidth too narrow?
16 Remote fax cancelled transmission?

Check the LAN cable connection.
Confirm the Alias of the remote fax.
Error Code: 13-14
Cannot breach the firewall. Send by using
another method (Fax, Internet Fax)
