TRS Override on SSD Dialing
(all CPCs) - Version 1.0 or higher
Set whether SSD dialing will override TRS for originators with this TRS Class.

If this is set to 0=Do Not Allow (default), the system will check the phone number stored inside the SSD
bin for TRS restrictions, and allow or block the call based on those restrictions.
If this is set to 1=Allow, users in this TRS Class can dial SSD numbers regardless of any TRS
