Brokers Hold: The ability to toggle between two calls on trunk keys by pressing HOLD.
If this address is set to 1=Enable Brokers Hold, the first call will be automatically retrieved when the
second call is put on hold.

If this address is left at the default 0=Disable Brokers Hold, the extension user will receive intercom
