A trunk cannot belong to more than one Trunk Group (the most recent assignment is the priority).
MCO-Outbound Trunk Groups can be assigned to MCO Access codes (e.g., MCO-1 is "9" dialing by
default; assign the Trunk Group to be accessed when the user dials "9" or selects MCO-1).
