III. Configuration plan
Split AS 100 into three sub-ASs: AS 1001, AS 1002, and AS 1003.
Run EBGP between AS 1001, AS 1002, and AS 1003.
AS 1001, AS 1002, and AS 1003 are each fully meshed by running IBGP.
Run EBGP between AS 100 and AS 200.
