Definition
Name of the favorite.
The application user credentials.
The top number of ports(5,10,15,20).
Types of ports (FC/FCIP/GE) and -End Monitors.

interval can be predefined or custom. If FROM_TIME
is Custom, the user can choose the number of
minutes/hours/days or specify the time interval.
