The Device Group Properties window has two tabs:

The Device Group Tab
The Device Group tab displays the following information:
Device Group The name of the device group
Description An optional description for the device group
No. of Devices The number of devices in the device group
For each device that is a member of the Device Group, the following information is displayed:
Device The name of the device
IP Address The IP address of the device
The Port Inventory Tab
The Port Inventory Tab displays the following information:
Device The name of the device that is a member of this device group
IP Address The IP addresses of the device
10/100 Active The number of active 10/100 ports on the device
