Removs the special tools.
Install the disc spring.
N O T E : I n s t a l l t h e d i s c s p r i n g i n t h e d i r e c t i o n
shown, except 2nd clutch.

Soak the clutch discs thoroughly in ATF for a mini-
mum of 30 minutes.
Starting with a clutch plate, alternately install the
clutch plates and discs. Install the clutch end plate
with flat side toward the disc.
NOTE: Before installing the plates and discs, make
sure the inside of the clutch drum is free of din or
other foreign mafter.
CLUTCH END PLATE
Install in this direcrion.
12. Installthe snap ring.
