THE FRONT TRACTOR WHEELS IN STRUCTURE OF MTU SHALL ALWAYS MAKE
NOT LESS THAN 20% OF THE TRACTOR OPERATING WEIGHT, AND THE CONTRO-
LABILITY CRETERION SHALL MAKE NOT LESS THAN 0.2!
