Skip stitch monitor
• The sensor of the skip stitch monitor
detected during the sewing process that
the loop of the needle thread was not
taken up, resulting in a "skip stitch".
• The bobbin is not rotating
• Check the bobbin, advance the initial
thread
• Use compressed air or a soft cotton cloth
to clean the sensor
Skip stitch monitor
• The sensor of the skip stitch monitor
detected during the sewing process that
the loop of the needle thread was not
taken up, resulting in a "skip stitch".
Bobbin Rotation Monitor
• The sensor of the bobbin rotation monitor
detected during the sewing process that
no hook thread was consumed and that
the seam was apparently not created
properly.
Sensors soiled
• The optical sensors for the skip stitch
monitor, the bobbin rotation monitor and
the remaining thread monitor are soiled
and deliver no reliable signal.
Please clean dirt off the sensors using
compressed air or a soft brush.
