Boost (if equipped)
The boost function increases the maximum torque of the front motor, reducing the accel-

Additionally, it provides an enhanced off-road driving mode to increase driving safety on
terrains such as mud roads or gravel paths.

Precautions
WARNING
僅 ALWAYS check the surrounding areas near your vehicle for people, especially children,
before shifting a vehicle into D (Drive) or R (Reverse).
僅 Before leaving the driver's seat, always make sure the gear is in the P (Park) position,
then set the parking brake, and place the Power button in the OFF position. Unexpected
and sudden vehicle movement can occur if these precautions are not followed.
僅 Shifting into P (Park) while the vehicle is in motion may cause you to lose control of the
vehicle.
僅 After the vehicle has stopped, always make sure P (Park) gear position is selected, apply
the parking brake, and turn the vehicle off.
僅 Do not use the P (Park) position in place of the parking brake.
僅 When you park the vehicle, make sure Electronic Parking Brake is applied even though
the gear is in the P (Park) position.
僅 If equipped with Electronic Parking Brake, parking brake is applied automatically when
the gear is shifted to P (Park).
CAUTION
僅 Do not open the driver's door when going through an automatic car wash tunnel
machine. Failure to follow this instruction can damage your vehicle or the car wash
machine.
If the driver's door is opened within 3 minutes after shifting to N (Neutral), your vehicle
will automatically shift the gear to P (Park).
For vehicles equipped with Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), the parking brake is auto-
matically applied.
