Vehicle controls
Adjusting the day/night rearview mirror (if equipped)
(A: Day, B: Night)
Operation
僅 Push the day/night lever (1) during daytime.
僅 Pull the day/night lever (2) to reduce headlamp glare during low light and nighttime
driving conditions.
Electric Chromic Mirror (ECM) (if equipped)
The sensor detects the light level and automatically controls the headlamp glare during
low light and nighttime driving conditions.
WARNING
僅 Do not place objects in the rear seat or cargo area which would interfere with your vision
out the rear window.
僅 Do not adjust the rear view mirror while the vehicle is moving. This could result in loss of
control, and an accident which could cause DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY, or property dam-
age.
僅 Do not modify the inside mirror and don't install a wide mirror. It could result in injury,
during an accident or deployment of the air bag.
Digital Center Mirror (if equipped)
The Digital Center Mirror is a system that uses the camera on the rear of the vehicle and
displays its image on the screen of the Digital Center Mirror. The Digital Center Mirror
allows the driver to see the rear view despite obstructions, such as the headrest or lug-
gage, ensuring rear visibility.
WARNING
僅 Failure to follow the warnings and instructions for proper use of the Digital Center Mirror
could result in serious accident.
- The Digital Center Mirror is a convenience feature but it is not a substitute for proper
vehicle operation. The system has areas where objects cannot be viewed. Check the
blind spot of the Digital Center Mirror before vehicle operation. The driver is always
responsible for safe driving.
- Do not operate the Digital Center Mirror while driving. Doing so can be a distraction
and it could lose control of your vehicle and cause an accident or serious injury.
- Do not disassemble or modify the Digital Center Mirror, the camera unit or wirings. If
you do, it may result in accidents or fire. In case you notice smoke or smell coming
