Vehicle controls
僅 The smart key's door unlock button is pressed (if the headlamp escort activates).
Steering wheel emblem light (if equipped)
When entering or exiting the vehicle for the first time, the emblem in the center of the steering
wheel turns on for 1 second.
Operation
僅 During the vehicle in the ON position, the emblem in the center of the steering wheel is always
turns on.
僅 After the vehicle in the OFF position, the emblem in the center of the steering wheel
turns off after 1 second.
僅 After selecting the lighting pattern option on the infotainment system and Kia Connect
application, it can be activated by turning off the vehicle and on the vehicle.
Lighting Pattern (if equipped)
The lighting pattern displays patterns of various designs on the digital grid.
Operation
僅 With the vehicle in the ON position, select the type of pattern provided in Infotainment
system [[Settings → Vehicle → Lights → Lighting Pattern]].
僅 One basic pattern is provided, and you can purchase a separate pattern on the Kia Con-
nect Store.
NOTE
僅 During daytime, the lighting pattern is basic setting only when the vehicle is turned on.
When the low beam is turned on, it also turns on while driving.
At nighttime, you can check the lighting pattern when the vehicle is turned on and while
driving.
