Vehicle controls
僅 Only use 12 V electric accessories which are less than 15 A in electric capacity.
僅 Adjust the air-conditioner or heater to the lowest operating level when using the power
outlet.
僅 Close the cover when not in use.
僅 Some electronic devices can cause electronic interference when plugged into a vehicle's
power outlet. These devices may cause excessive audio static and malfunctions in other
electronic systems or devices used in your vehicle.
僅 Push the plug in as far as it will go. If good contact is not made, the plug may overheat
and the fuse may open.
僅 Plug in battery equipped electronic devices with reverse current protection. The current
from the battery may flow into the vehicle's electrical/electronic system and cause sys-
tem malfunction.
僅 Do not put a finger or a foreign object (pen, etc.) into a power outlet and do not touch
with a wet hand. You may get an electric shock.
僅 The seat warmers can cause a SERIOUS BURN, even at low temperatures and especially
if used for long periods of time. Passengers must be able to feel if the seat is becoming
too warm so they can turn it off, if needed.
僅 Seat warmers consumes huge amount of electricity. Please avoid using seat warmers
while the vehicle is off in order to prevent the battery discharge.
僅 People who cannot detect temperature change or pain to the skin should use extreme
caution, especially the following types of passengers:
- Infants, children, elderly or handicapped persons, or hospital outpatients
- Persons with sensitive skin or those that burn easily
- Fatigued individuals
- Intoxicated individuals
- Individuals taking medication that can cause drowsiness or sleepiness (sleeping pills,
cold tablets, etc.)
CAUTION
僅 When the interior temperature of the wireless charging system rises above a set tem-
perature, the wireless charging will cease to function. After the interior temperature
drops below the threshold, the wireless charging function will resume.
僅 If there is any metallic object between the smart phone and the wireless charging pad,
immediately remove the smart phone. Remove the metallic object after it has com-
pletely cooled down.
僅 The wireless charging may not function properly when there is a heavy accessory cover
on the smart phone.
僅 The wireless charging will stop when using the wireless smart key search function to
prevent radio wave disruption.
僅 The wireless charging will stop when the smart key is moved out of the vehicle in ON
position.
僅 The wireless charging will stop when any of the doors is opened (applicable for vehicles
equipped with smart keys).
僅 The wireless charging will stop when the vehicle is turned OFF.
僅 The wireless charging will stop when the smart phone is not in complete contact with
the wireless charging pad.
