僅 If the battery is disconnected, the memory settings will be erased.
僅 If the Driver Position Memory System does not operate normally, we recommend that
you have the system checked by an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.

Easy access function
Operating
You can activate/deactivate the operating for the front seat and steering wheel on the
Infotainment system screen.
僅 Driver's seat
- Select [[Settings → Vehicle → Seat → Seat Easy Access → Dirver seat easy access Off/
Normal/Extended]]
僅 Passenger's seat
- Select [[Settings → Vehicle → Seat → Seat Easy Access → Passenger Seat]]
僅 Steering wheel]
- Select [[Settings → Vehicle → Seat → Seat Easy Access → Steering easy access]]
Operating condition(s)
僅 Front seats move backward and steering wheel moves upward when the vehicle is in the
OFF position and the driver door is opened.
僅 Front seats move forward and steering wheel moves upward when the vehicle is in the
ACC or ON position and the driver door is closed when you have the smart key with you.
僅 For driver seat
- With the vehicle on, touch [[Setup→ Vehicle → Seat → Easy access function →
Delete All]] on the infotainment system.

TIP
You can activate or deactivate the Easy Access Function from Vehicle Settings from the
infotainment system screen. For more details, refer to Navigation Quick Reference Guide.
WARNING
Never attempt to operate the driver position memory system while the vehicle is moving.
This could result in loss of control, and an accident causing death, serious injury, or prop-
erty damage.

Resetting the driver position memory system
Operation
1. Shift to P (Park) while the EV button is in the ON position.
2. Move the driver seat as forward as possible.
