With Force APCB Update enabled, enable or disable (default)
support for Secure Encrypted Virtualization and Secure Nested
Paging.
With Force APCB Update enabled, enable or disable the
ConsoleOut Function for ABL. Default is Auto.
With Force APCB Update enabled, enable or disable the Basic
ConsoleOut Function for ABL. Default is Auto.
With Force APCB Update enabled, enable or disable PMU message
for ABL. Default is Auto.
