Using the Delete License Key on PSA

This key will make the option unavailable for use, but will not delete it from
memory. Write down the 12-digit license key for the option before you delete it. If
you want to use that measurement personality later, you will need the license key
to reactivate the personality firmware.
Using the

Ordering Optional Measurement Personalities

When you order a personality option, you will receive an entitlement certificate.
You will need to go to the website to redeem your entitlement certificate for a
license key. You will need to provide your instrument serial number and host ID,
and the entitlement certificate number.
