Setting up TCM Access Point Identifier (APId)
messages
Description
The OmniBER offers the choice of transmitting in N1 (High Order Path or Low
Order Path if TU-3) or N2 (Low Order Path) bytes the following messages:
• DEFAULT - A null APId message.
• TEST - A fixed test message "<serial number>"
• USER - A user definable 15 byte message followed by a one byte CRC.
The CRC is automatically calculated for all three message types.
