H4
- Trainare il carrello elevatore
Non trainare il carrello elevatore ad una
velocità superiore a 5 km/h, per una dis-
tanza massima di 100 m.
Questa manovra è pericolosa.
Bloccare con precauzione il carrello eleva-
tore prima di trainarlo perché il sistema
del freno di stazionamento non è opera-
tivo.
- Posizionare il selettore di marcia in folle.
- Bloccare il carrello elevatore.
Freno negativo idraulico esterno con
sbloccaggio rapido
Disattivare l'azione del freno:
- sbloccare il gruppo di ritegno "1"(fig.H4/1)
con un colpo di mazzuolo sull'anello ester-
no,
- inserire nuovamente pressione e control-
lare che a fine corsa del pistone avvenga
l'aggancio del gruppo di ritegno "1"(fig.
H4/1) sull'asta "2"(fig.H4/1).
Mettere in folle la scatola del cambio
- Posizionare un recipiente sotto i flessibili
"1" (Fig. H4/2), allentarli e attendere che
l'olio non coli più prima di svitarli comple-
tamente. Proteggere gli orifizi dei flessibili.
- Con un utensile, far scorrere l'asse "2" (Fig.
H4/2) e prendere nota del blocco delle tre
posizioni. Controllare che l'asse sia ben
bloccato nella posizione intermedia, ossia
al punto morto.
- Posizionare il dispositivo di traino.
- Togliere i cunei.
- Accendere le luci di emergenza.
NOTA: I n caso di malfunzionamento del ser
vosterzo e del servofreno, agire lentamente
e con energia su questi comandi. Evitare i
movimenti bruschi e le scosse.

- Towing the forklift truck
Do not tow the forklift truck at a speed
exceeding 5km/h, for a maximum distance
of 100m.
This movement is hazardous.
Carefully block the forklift truck before
towing it as the parking brake system is
not operative.
- Set the gear in neutral,
- Block the forklift truck.
External hydraulic negative brake with
quick release
Deactivate the brake action:
- release the retainer unit "1" (Fig. H4/1) by
tapping with a mallet on the outer ring.
- insert pressure again and check to make
sure that at the end of the piston stroke
the retainer unit "1" (Fig.H4/1) gets con-
nected to rod "2" (Fig.H4/1).
Set the gearbox in neutral
- Place a container under the hose pipes "1"
(Fig. H4/2), slacken these and make sure
the oil does not flow out before unscre-
wing these completely. Protect the orifices
of the hose pipes.
- Using a tool, slide the shaft "2" (Fig. H4/2)
and note down the block of the three
positions. Check to make sure the shaft is
locked correctly in the intermediate positi-
on, i.e. at the dead centre.
- Position the towing device.
- Remove the wedges.
- Switch on the emergency lights.
NOTE: In case of malfunctioning of the ser-
vo-steering or servo-brake, act slowly and
forcibly on these commands. Avoid sudden
movements and jerks.

- De heftruck aanslepen
Sleep de heftruck bij een snelheid niet
hoger dan 5 km/h, over een afstand van
maximaal 100 m.
Deze manoeuvre is gevaarlijk.
Zet de heftruck voorzichtig vast met stut-
ten voor het slepen, want de parkeerre-
minrichting werkt niet.
- Zet de rijrichtingschakelaar in de vrije
stand.
- De heftruck blokkeren.
Externe negatieve hydraulische rem met
snelle deblokkering
Deactiveer de remwerking:
- deblokkeer de vergrendeling "1"(Fig. H4/1)
met een slag met de hamer op de buiten-
ste ring,
- voer weer druk toe en controleer of aan
het einde van de slag van de zuiger de
vergrendeling "1"(Fig. H4/1) weer aan "de
stang "2" (Fig. H4/1) haakt.
De versnellingsbak in zijn vrij zetten
- Plaats een opvangbak onder de slangen
"1" (Fig. H4/2), draai ze los en wacht tot er
geen olie meer uitloopt voor ze helemaal
los te draaien. Bescherm de openingen
van de slangen.
- Verschuif de as "2" (Fig. H4/2) met behulp
van het nodige gereedschap en noteer de
blokkering van de drie posities. Controleer
of de as goed geblokkeerd is in de tussen-
liggende positie, opwel op het dode punt.
- Plaats de trekinrichting.
- Verwijder de wiggen.
- Ontsteek de waarschuwingslichten.
OPMERKING: Als de hydraulische stuur- en
rembekrachtiging niet goed werken, deze
bedieningsorganen langzaam maar stevig
bedienen. Vermijd plotselinge bewegingen
en stoten.
