D2 - Sostituire il Filtro primario dell'im-
pianto d'alimentazione (Separatore
dell'acqua)
MRT-X EASY ST3A
Il carburante versato su superfici bollen-
ti o componenti elettriche può provoca-
re incendi. Per evitare possibili infortuni
spegnere l'interruttore di avviamento
quando si cambiano i filtri o l'elemento
separatore dell'acqua. Rimuovere immedi-
atamente il carburante versato.
Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima di
eseguire qualunque operazione di manu-
tenzione o riparazione.
Pulire accuratamente l'esterno del prefiltro
nonché il suo supporto per impedire la
penetrazione della polvere nel sistema.
Rimozione/ Montaggio dell'elemento
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Collocare un apposito recipiente sotto il
separatore dell'acqua per evitare di spar-
gere il combustibile. Ripulire dal combus-
tibile eventualmente fuoriuscito. Pulire il
corpo esterno del gruppo del filtro.
- Installare un tubo adatto sullo scari-
co"1"(D2/1). Aprire lo scarico "1"(D2/1).
Lasciare che il liquido defluisca nel conte-
nitore. Smontare il tubo.
- Chiudere lo scarico "1"(D2/1) serrando solo
manualmente.
- Se in dotazione, rimuovere il cavo dal sen-
sore sul fondo della coppa di vetro.
- Tenere ferma la coppa di vetro "3"
(D2/1) e togliere la vite "2" (D2/1).
Estrarre la coppa di vetro "3" (D2/1) dal
filtro "4" (D2/1).
- Usare un attrezzo adatto
asportare il filtro "4"
Smaltire le guarnizioni vecchie "5 - 6"
(D2/1) e il filtro in un luogo sicuro.
- Pulire la coppa di vetro "3" (D2/1).
- Non lubrificare l'anello di tenuta sul nuovo
filtro.
Inserire il filtro nuovo. Non usare un attrezzo
per installare il filtro. Serrare a mano il filtro.
- Inserire l'anello di tenuta nuovo "5"
(D2/1) sulla vite di fissaggio "2" (D2/1).
Inserire il nuovo anello di tenuta "6" (D2/1)
nella coppa di vetro.
- Allineare la coppa di vetro al filtro. Inserire
la vite di fissaggio "2" (D2/1). Serrare l'in-
dicatore di intasamento auna coppia di
5 Nm.
- Asportare il contenitore e smaltire il liquido
correttamente.
D2 - Change the primary filter of the fuel
supply system (Water separator)

The fuel poured on the boiling surfaces
and electrical components can cause fires.
To avoid possible accidents, switch off the
starter switch while changing the filters
or water separator element. Remove spilt
fuel immediately.
Make sure the engine is stationary before
carrying out maintenance or repairs on it.
Wipe the outside of the prefilter as well
as its support thoroughly to prevent dust
from penetrating the system.
Removing the element
- Open the engine hood.
- Place a container under the water separa-
tor to avoid spilling the fuel. Wipe the fuel
that leaks out. Wipe the outer body of the
filter unit.
- Install a suitable tube on outlet "1"(D2/1).
Open drainage outlet "1" (D2/1). Let the
liquid flow out into the container. Remove
the tube.
- Close drainage outlet "1" (D2/1) tightening
it only manually.
- If supplied, remove the cable from the sen-
sor at the bottom of the glass cup.
- Hold the glass cup "3" firmly (D2/1)
and remove
Remove the glass cup "3" (D2/1) from filter
"4" (D2/1).
- Use a suitable tool to remove the filter "4"
per
(D2/1). Dispose off the used gaskets "5 - 6"
(D2/1).
(D2/1) and the filter in a safe place.
- Clean the glass cup "3" (D2/1).
- Do not lubricate the sealing ring on
the new fuel filter. Insert the new filter.
Do not use a tool to insert the filter.
Tighten the filter manually.
- Insert the new sealing ring "5" (Fig. D2/1)
on fixing screw "2" (Fig. D2/1). Insert the
new sealing ring "6" (D2/1) in the glass cup.
- Align the glass cup with the filter. Insert
fixing screw "2" (D2/1). Tighten the clog-
ging indicator using a 5Nm torque.
- Remove the container and dispose off the
liquid correctly.

Wanneer brandstof op kokende opper-
vlakken of elektrische onderdelen wordt
gegoten, kan dit brand veroorzaken. Om
mogelijke ongevallen te vermijden, scha-
kel de startschakelaar uit wanneer u filters
of het waterafscheidingselement vervangt.
Verwijder onmiddellijk de gemorste brand-
stof.
Verzeker u ervan dat de motor stopgezet
is voordat u onderhouds- of herstellings-
werkzaamheden verricht.
Maak de buitenkant van de voorfilter zorg-
vuldig schoon, evenals zijn steun om te
voorkomen dat stof in het systeem kan
binnendringen.
Verwijdering / Montage van het element
- Open de motorkap.
- Zet een geschikte bak onder de wateraf-
scheider om de eventuele brandstof op te
vangen. Verwijder de eventuele brandstof.
Maak de buitenkant van de filtereenheid
schoon.
- Monteer een geschikte slang op de afvoer
"1" (D2/1). Open het afvoerventiel "1"
(D2/1). Laat de vloeistof in het opvangbak-
je stromen. Demonteer de slang.
- Sluit het afvoerventiel "1" (D2/1) door het
uitsluitend met de hand vast te draaien.
- Indien bijgeleverd, verwijder de kabel van
de sensor op de bodem van het glas.

- Houd het glas "3" (D2/1) stevig vast
en verwijder de schroef "2" (D2/1).
Verwijder het glas "3" (D2/1) uit het filter
"4" (D2/1).
- Gebruik passend gereedschap om
het filter "4" (D2/1) te verwijderen.
Dank de oude afdichtingen "5 - 6" (D2/1) en
het filter af op een veilige manier.
- Maak het glas "3" (D2/1) schoon.
- Smeer de afdichtingsring op het nieuwe
filter niet in.
Plaats het nieuwe filter. Gebruik geen
gereedschap om het filter te monteren.
Draai het filter met de hand vast.
- Plaats de nieuwe afdichtingsring "5" (D2/1)
op de bevestigingsschroef "2" (D2/1).
Plaats de nieuwe afdichtingsring "6" (D2/1)
in het glas.
- Lijn het glas uit met het filter. Draai de
bevestigingsschroef "2" los (D2/1). Draai de
verstoppingsindicator vast met een koppel
van 5 Nm.
- Verwijder de bak en dank de vloeistof op
correcte wijze af.
