D3 - Sostituire il filtro secondario dell'im-
pianto d'alimentazione
MRT-X EASY ST3A
Il carburante versato su superfici bollen-
ti o componenti elettriche può provoca-
re incendi. Per evitare possibili infortu-
ni spegnere l'interruttore di avviamento
quando si cambiano i filtri o l'elemento
separatore dell'acqua. Rimuovere imme-
diatamente il carburante versato.
Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima di
eseguire qualunque operazione di manu-
tenzione o riparazione.
Pulire accuratamente l'esterno del prefil-
tro nonché il suo supporto per impedire
la penetrazione della polvere nel sistema.
Rimozione/Montaggio dell'elemento
Dopo che il motore si è arrestato, prima
di eseguire operazioni di manutenzione o
riparazione sulle tubazioni del carburante
occorre attendere 60 secondi per consentire
alla pressione di scaricarsi.
Eliminare eventuali perdite dall'impianto di
alimentazione.
Sostituire eventuali tubazioni del carburan-
te che presentino perdite.
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Collocare un apposito recipiente sotto
il separatore dell'acqua "1" (fig.D2/1) per
evitare di spargere il combustibile. Ripulire
dal combustibile eventualmente fuorius-
cito.
- Pulire l'esterno del filtro del carburante.
Usare un attrezzo adatto per smontare dal
motore il filtro del carburante "1" (D7/2) e
smaltire correttamente il filtro usato.
- Lubrificare l'anello di tenuta con del gaso-
lio pulito
- Inserire la cartuccia sulla testa del filtro
- serrare la cartuccia a mano finchè l'anello di
tenuta non va a contatto della testa del filtro.
Girare la cartuccia di 90gradi.
Adescare l'impianto di alimentazione..

D3 - Change the secondary filter of the
fuel supply system
MRT-X EASY ST3A
The fuel poured on the boiling surfaces
and electrical components can cause fires.
To avoid possible accidents, switch off the
starter switch while changing the filters
or water separator element. Remove spilt
fuel immediately.
Make sure the engine is stationary before
carrying out maintenance or repairs on it.
Wipe the outside of the prefilter as well
as its support thoroughly to prevent dust
from penetrating the system.
Removing/Fitting the element
After the engine is stopped, before carrying
out maintenance and repair operations on
the fuel pipes, wait for 60 seconds to allow
pressure to be discharged.
Eliminate leaks, if any, from the supply sys-
tem.
Replace the fuel piping that has leaks.
- Open the engine hood.
- Place a container under the water separa-
tor "1" (Fig.D2/1) to avoid spilling the fuel.
Wipe the fuel that leaks out.
- Wipe the outside of the fuel filter.
Use a suitable tool for dismantling thefuel
filter (D7/2) from the engine and dispose
off the used filter correctly.
- Lubricate the sealing ring with clean fuel
oil.
-Insert the cartridge on the filter head
- tighten the cartridge manually so that the
sealing ring makes contact with the filter
head. Turn the cartridge through 90 degrees.
Prime the supply system.

Wanneer brandstof op kokende opper-
vlakken of elektrische onderdelen wordt
gegoten, kan dit brand veroorzaken. Om
mogelijke ongevallen te vermijden, scha-
kel de startschakelaar uit wanneer u fil-
ters of het waterafscheidingselement ver-
vangt. Verwijder onmiddellijk de gemorste
brandstof.
Verzeker u ervan dat de motor stopgezet
is voordat u onderhouds- of herstellings-
werkzaamheden verricht.
Maak de buitenkant van de voorfilter
zorgvuldig schoon, evenals zijn steun om
te voorkomen dat stof in het systeem kan
binnendringen.
Verwijdering / Montage van het element
Nadat de motor stopgezet is, voor u de
onderhouds- of herstellingswerkzaamhei-
den uitvoert op de brandstofleidingen,
dient u 60 seconden te wachten tot de druk
afgevoerd wordt.
Verwijder eventuele lekken van de voe-
dingsinstallatie.
Vervang brandstofleidingen als ze lekken.
- Open de motorkap.
- Zet een geschikte bak onder de wateraf-
scheider "1" (Fig. D2/1) om de eventue-
le brandstof op te vangen. Verwijder de
eventuele brandstof.
- Reinig de buitenkant van het brandstof-
filter.
Gebruik passend gereedschap om het
brandstoffilter "1" (D7/2) van de motor te
demonteren; dank het gebruikte filter af
op correcte wijze.
- Smeer de afdichtingsring met schone die-
selolie
- Plaats het patroon op de filterkop
- Draai het patroon met
vast tot de afdichtingsring in aan-
raking komt met de
Draai het patroon 90 graden.
Vul het brandstofsysteem.
