B2 - Controllare livello olio idraulico e
trasmissione
Posizionare il carrello su una superficie
piana con il motore spento e il braccio
telescopico ritratto e abbassato quanto più
possibile.
Riferirsi all'indicatore 1 (fig. B2/2).
Il livello dell'olio è corretto quando si trova
tra il riferimento superiore e quello inferiore.
Se necessario, aggiungere olio (vedere "
LUBRIFICANTI") attraverso il foro di riempi-
mento 2 (fig. B2/1).
Ènecessario mantenere sempre il livello d'o-
lio al massimo.
B3 - Controllare pressione pneumatici e
serraggio dadi ruote
Controllare che il tubo dell'aria sia corre-
ttamente collegato alla valvola del pneu-
matico prima di iniziare il gonfiaggio e
allontanare chiunque durante lo svolgi-
mento delle operazioni.
Attenersi alle pressioni di gonfiaggio
raccomandate.
- Controllare lo stato degli pneumatici per
individuare tagli, protuberanze, usure, ecc.
- Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni delle
ruote 1 (Fig.B3). La mancata osservanza
di questa avvertenza potrebbe causare
il deterioramento e la rottura dei perni
delle ruote, nonché la deformazione delle
ruote stesse.
- Controllare e, se necessario, regolare la
pressione 2 (Fig.B3) degli pneumatici.

B2 - Check the hydraulic fluid and transmis-
sion fluid level
Position the forklift truck on a level surface
with the engine switched off and the tele-
scopic boom retracted and lowered as far
as possible.
Refer to indicator "1" (Fig. B2/2).
The oil level is correct when it is between
the upper and lower reference markings.
If necessary, add oil (see "LUBRICANTS)
through filler hole "2" (Fig. B2/1).
The oil level must always be kept at max-
imum.
B3 - Check the tyre pressure and tightening
of wheel nuts
Check that the air hose is correctly con-
nected to the tyre valve before inflating
and keep all persons at a distance during
inflation. Respect
the recommended tyre pressures given.
- Check the condition of the tyres, to detect
cuts, protuberances, wear, etc.
- Check the torque load of the wheel nuts 1
(Fig.B3). Non-compliance with this instruc-
tion can cause damage and rupture to the
wheel bolts and distortion to the wheels.
- Check and restore tyre pressures 2 (Fig.B3)
if necessary.

B2 - Oliepeil transmissie- en hydrauli-
sche olie controleren
Plaats de heftruck op een vlak oppervlak
met de motor uitgeschakeld en de telesco-
pische arm ingetrokken en in een zo laag
mogelijke positie.
Verwijs naar indicator 1 (Fig. B2/2).
Het oliepeil is correct wanneer het zich
tussen het hoogste en de laagste referen-
tiepunt bevindt.
Indien nodig,

Het oliepeil moet altijd maximaal zijn.
B3 - Bandenspanning en aandraaiing
wielbouten controleren
Controleer of de luchtslang goed is aange-
sloten op de nippel van de band voordat u
de band opblaast en zorg ervoor dat nie-
mand tijdens deze handeling in de buurt
kan komen.
Neem de aanbevolen bandendruk in acht.
- Controleer de staat van de banden op
sneden, bobbeltjes, slijtage enz.
- Controleer of de moeren van de wielen 1
naar behoren zijn aangedraaid (Fig. B3).
Zo niet zouden de bouten van de wielen
kunnen worden beschadigd en breken en
kunnen de wielen worden vervormd.
- Controleer de druk 2 (Fig. B3) van de
banden en breng ze zo nodig op de juiste
waarde.
