C9 - Controllare il sistema di discesa e
salita degli stabilizzatori
MRT 2145-2545 / MRT-X 2145-2545
La macchina è dotata di quattro stabilizza-
tori a comando indipendente.
Per il corretto funzionamento dei movimen-
to di salita e discesa di ogni stabilizzatore 1
(Fig.C9), controllare visivamente l'integrità e
lo stato dei seguenti componenti (Fig.C9):
- nr.1 golfare 2 (Fig.C9)
- nr.1 tirante 3a (Fig.C9) + fune metallica 3b
(Fig.C9) + molla di trazione 3b (Fig.C9)
- nr.1 pattino guida fune 4 (Fig.C9)
- nr.1 piastrino di contatto sotto piede stabi-
lizzatore 5 (Fig.C9)
- nr.1 magnete 6a (Fig.C9) e controparte 6b
(Fig.C9) per il bloccaggio dei bracci stabi-
lizzatori.
Nel caso venissero riscontrate anomalie,
contattare immediatamente il vostro agen-
te o concessionario.
Non tentare di effettuare sostituzioni o
riparazioni senza la presenza di un addet-
to qualificato dalla Manitou.
Ogni manomissione non autorizzata dalla
Manitou farà decadere la garanzia.

C9 - Check the lowering and lifting of the
stabilizers
MRT 2145-2545 / MRT-X 2145-2545
Lift truck has 4 outriggers with independent
control.
For the correct operation of the lifting and
descent of each stabilizer 1 (Fig.C9), visually
check the integrity and condition of the
following components (Fig.C9):
- No.1 eyebolt 2 (Fig.C9)
- No.1 tie rod 3a (Fig.C9) + wire rope 3b (Fig.
C9) + Extension Spring 3c (Fig.C9)
- No.1 wire guide pad 4 (Fig.C9)
- No.1 contact small plate under stabilizer
foot 5 (Fig.C9)
- No.1 magnet 6a (Fig.C9) and counterpart
6b (Fig.C9) for locking the stabilizer arms.
In case of a problem, contact your agent or
dealer immediately.
Never try to carry out replacements or
repairs without the assistance of qualified
Manitou personnel.
Actions not authorised by Manitou shall
cause the warranty to lapse.

De machine beschikt over vier stabilisatoren
die afzonderlijk bediend kunnen worden.
Voor een correcte werking van de stijg- en
daalbewegingen van elke stabilisator 1 (Fig.
C9), controleer de staat van de volgende
onderdelen (Fig. C9):
- 1 hijsoog 2 (Fig. C9)
- 1 spankabel 3a (Fig. C9) + metalen kabel
3b (Fig. C9) + trekveer 3b (Fig. C9)
- 1 glijschoen kabelgeleider 4 (Fig. C9)
- 1 contactplaat onder de voet van stabili-
sator 5 (Fig. C9)
- 1 magneet 6a (Fig. C9) en tegendeel 6b
(Fig. C9) om de armen van de stabilisato-
ren te blokkeren.
Neem in geval van defecten onmiddellijk
contact op met uw vertegenwoordiger of
dealer.
Voer geen vervangingen of herstellin-
gen uit zonder de aanwezigheid van een
bevoegde technicus van Manitou.
Elke wijziging waarvoor Manitou geen
toestemming heeft verleend doet de
garantie vervallen.
