Possible Cause
Dimmer, Switch, or GRAFIK Eye
Control Unit does not have a
Zone Number.
Local Zone Change feedback is
not turned ON.
Incorrect wiring.
CCI scene is not programmed.
CCI configured for scene control.
Wrong Closure Type.
Incorrect wiring.
CCI not configured for Time Clock
mode control.
Event programming incorrect.
Time / Date settings incorrect.
Event programming incorrect.
The scene contains Dimmers or
Switches manufactured prior to
January 1, 2001.
Incorrect scene action.
Time Clock in wrong mode.
Remedy
Verify the Zone Number.
Turn on Local Zone Change
feedback from the RS-232 Setup menu.
Verify proper wiring.
Program the CCI scene from the CCI
Setup menu.
Verify that the CCI is configured for scene
control from the CCI Setup menu.
Verify the Closure Type setting (main-
tained or momentary) is
correct from the CCI Setup menu.
Verify proper wiring.
Verify that the CCI is configured for scene
control from the CCI Setup menu.
Verify the event programming from the
Manage Events menu.
Verify the time, date, and location settings
from the Time Clock Setup menu.
Verify the event programming from the
Manage Events menu.
Set the Fade Time to 'Legacy' from the
Manage Events menu.
Verify that the action is set to 'Scene On'
from the Manage Events menu.
Check the Time Clock Mode from the
Chronos Status screen. Verify this match-
es the type for the event from the Manage
Events menu.
