(1)Check the following settings.

Check the position setting for the step (move instruction) where the
alarm occurred.
If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance mode,
and then contact your Yaskawa representative about occurrence
status (operating procedure).

Execute FWD/BWD/TEST RUN operation, and execute teach line cord
jog move.
