(1)Reset the alarm, select [UTILITY]-[ARC SHIFT CANCEL], and then
try again.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance
mode, and then contact your Yaskawa representative about
occurrence status (operating procedure).
