(1)Reset the alarm, and then try again.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance
mode, and then contact your Yaskawa representative about
occurrence status (operating procedure).

Delete an instruction that cannot be executed such as move
instruction in the concurrent job.
If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance mode,
and then contact your Yaskawa representative about occurrence
status (operating procedure).

Check the job so that the interrupt job will not start-up during the back
operation.
