Press the pad of your target Sound slot (this can also be in another Group, in this case
first press the desired Group button).
All parameters of the Sound will be copied including the Pattern content for that Sound.

To duplicate a Sound including its Pattern content, enable the
while holding DUPLICATE.
Instead of holding DUPLICATE, you can also pin the Duplicate mode by pressing
CATE
+ Button 1. You can then release DUPLICATE: Your controller will stay in Duplicate
mode until you press
Software
To copy and paste Sounds in the software:
1.
Right-click (on Mac OS X: [Ctrl]-click) the Sound slot containing the Sound you want to
copy.
2.
In the context menu, choose Copy to copy the Sound.
3.
To paste the Sound, right-click (Mac OS X: [Ctrl]-click) another Sound slot (this can also
be in another Group, in this case first press the desired Group slot in the Arranger) and
select Paste from the context menu.
All parameters of the Sound will be copied except for the source's Pattern content.
