14 Wichtige Hinweise
Um die Ausbreitung infektiöser Krankheiten
sowohl beim Krankenhauspersonal als auch bei
den Mitarbeitern von KARL STORZ zu vermeiden,
müssen Optiken, Instrumente und Geräte gereinigt
und sterilisiert/desinfiziert werden, bevor sie zur
Reparatur eingeschickt werden. Wir behalten uns
das Recht vor, kontaminierte Instrumente/Geräte
an den Absender zurückzuschicken.
Reparaturen, Änderungen oder Erweiterungen,
die nicht von KARL STORZ oder durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Fachleute durchge führt
werden, führen zum Verlust aller Garantiean sprüche.
KARL STORZ übernimmt keine Garantie
für die Funktionsfähigkeit von Geräten oder
Instrumenten, deren Reparatur durch unautorisierte
Dritte durchgeführt wurde.

Entsorgung

Dieses Gerät ist entsprechend der europäischen
Richtlinie 2002/96/EG über Elektro- und Elektronik-
Altgeräte (waste electrical and electronic equip-
ment - WEEE) gekennzeichnet. Nach Ablauf der
Lebensdauer ist das Gerät als Elektronikschrott
zu entsorgen. Hierzu erfragen Sie bitte die für
Sie zuständige Sammelstelle bei KARL STORZ
SE & Co. KG, einer KARL STORZ Niederlassung
oder Ihrem Fachhändler. Im Geltungsbereich der
Richtlinie ist KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG für die
ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung des Gerätes verant-
wortlich.

To avoid the spread of infectious illnesses among
hospital staff or among KARL STORZ employees,
telescopes, instruments and equipment must
be cleaned and sterilized/disinfected before they
are sent for repair. We reserve the right to return
contaminated instruments/equipment to the
sender.
Repairs, changes or expansions which are not car-
ried out by KARL STORZ or by experts authorized
by KARL STORZ will invalidate all warranty rights.
KARL STORZ gives no warranty on the correct
functioning of equipment or instruments which
have been repaired by unauthorized third parties.

Disposal

This unit has been marked in accordance with the
European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE). At the end of
its service life, dispose of the device as electronic
waste. Please ask either KARL STORZ SE & Co.
KG, a KARL STORZ subsidiary or your specialist
dealer for information about your local collection
point. Within the scope of application of this direc-
tive, KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is responsible for
the proper disposal of this device.

Observaciones importantes

Con el fin de evitar el contagio de enfermedades
infecciosas, tanto entre el personal de hospitales
como también de la empresa KARL STORZ, los
sistemas ópticos, instrumentos y aparatos han de
limpiarse y esterilizarse/desinfectarse, antes de ser
enviados para su reparación. Nos reservamos el
derecho de devolver a su propietario aquellos ins-
trumentos/aparatos que estuvieran contaminados.
Las reparaciones, modificaciones o ampliaciones
que no hayan sido realizadas por KARL STORZ o
por personal experto autorizado por KARL STORZ
implican la pérdida de los derechos de garantía.
KARL STORZ no asume garantía alguna en cuanto
a la funcionalidad de aquellos aparatos o instru-
mentos, cuya reparación haya sido realizada por
terceros no autorizados.
15 Gestión de desechos
Este equipo está identificado conforme a la direc-

concluída su vida útil, deseche el equipo como
chatarra electrónica. Para ello, consulte a

tribuidora de KARL STORZ o a su comercio espe-
cializado para averiguar el centro de recogida que
le corresponde. En el área de validez de la directi-
va, KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG es responsable de
la correcta gestión del aparato como residuo.
