Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG: Der einwandfreie Zustand des flexi-
blen CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops sowie des
in Kombination verwendeten Zubehörs ist vor jeder
Anwendung zu überprüfen. Beschädigte flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskope bzw. beschädig-
tes Zubehör dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
WARNUNG: Eine sicherheitstechnische Unbe denk-
lichkeit bei Kombinationen von Medizin produkten ist
nur dann gegeben, wenn
• diese in den jeweiligen Gebrauchsanwei sungen
als solche ausgewiesen sind oder
• die Zweckbestimmung und die Schnitt stellen-
spezifikationen der in Kombination verwendeten
Produkte dies zulässt.
Die Gebrauchsanweisungen und die Schnittstellen-
spezifikationen der in Kombination verwendeten
Medizinprodukte sind genauestens zu beachten.
WARNUNG: Das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Ure-
throskop wird nicht steril ausgeliefert und muss vor
der ersten sowie vor jeder weiteren Anwendung
gereinigt und desinfiziert/sterilisiert werden.
WARNUNG: Die Druckausgleichskappe 9 muss
vom Entlüftungsstutzen 2 entfernt sein bei:
• endoskopischen Eingriffen
• Einlegen in Flüssigkeit, z. B. Desinfektions lösung
WARNUNG: Die Druckausgleichskappe 9 muss
auf den Entlüftungsstutzen 2 montiert sein bei:
• Gassterilisation (EtO, FO, Wasserstoffperoxyd)
• Versand
WARNUNG: Verbrennungs- und Blendgefahr!
Niemals direkt in das ausgestrahlte Licht des flexi-
blen CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops sehen. Das
durch das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskop
ausgestrahlte LED-Licht kann am distalen Lichtaus-
gang zu Blendungen oder zu hohen Temperaturen
und damit zu Verbrennungen führen.
Safety information
WARNING: Every time the flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroscope is used, you must first check
that it, and any accessories used in combination
with it, is in perfect condition. Damaged Flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscopes or damaged
accessories must not be used.
WARNING: Combinations of medical devices are
only then assured to be safe if
• they are identified as such in the respective
instruction manual or
• the intended purpose and the interface
specifications of the devices used in combination
permit this.
Pay careful attention to the instructions and
interface specifications of medical products used in
combination.
WARNING: The flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope is delivered unsterilized and must be
cleaned and disinfected/sterilized before initial and
subsequent use.
WARNING: The pressure compensation cap 9
must be removed from the vent port 2 for:
• endoscopic interventions
• immersing in liquid, e.g. disinfectant solution.
WARNING: The pressure compensation cap 9
must be in place on the vent port 2 for:
• gas sterilization (EO, FO, hydrogen peroxide)
• shipping
WARNING: Danger of glare and burns! Never
look directly into the light of the flexible CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroscope. The LED light radiated
through the Flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethro-
scope may cause glare or high temperatures at the
distal light outlet and therefore lead to burns.

CUIDADO: Compruebe antes de cada aplicación
el perfecto estado del videocistouretroscopio
flexible CMOS y de los accesorios utilizados en
combinación. No siga utilizando los videocisto-
uretroscopios flexibles CMOS defectuosos o los
accesorios deteriorados.
CUIDADO: Una aplicación técnica y de seguridad
sin objeciones en el caso de combinaciones de
productos médicos puede darse únicamente si
• las mismas están indicadas expresamente como
tales en los Manuales de instrucciones respecti-
vos o bien
• si la determinación de aplicación y las especifi-
caciones de interfaz de los productos utilizados
en combinación lo permiten.
Observe minuciosamente los Manuales de
instrucciones y las especificaciones de interfaz de
los productos médicos utilizados en combinación
entre sí.
CUIDADO: El videocistouretroscopio flexible
CMOS se entrega sin esterilizar y por tanto ha de
ser desinfectado y/o esterilizado antes de la primera
utilización, así como antes de cada aplicación
ulterior.
CUIDADO: El tapón de compensación de presión
9 debe retirarse de los pitones de evacuación de
aire 2 antes de cada:
• intervención endoscópica
• inmersión en líquido; p. ej., solución desinfectante
CUIDADO: El tapón de compensación de presio-
nes debe montarse en los pitones de evacuación
9 de aire 2 antes de cada:
• esterilización por gas (EtO, FO, peróxido
de hidrógeno)
• envío
CUIDADO: ¡Peligro de deslumbramiento y quema-
duras! La luz de alta energía que emerge a través
del videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS podría
producir temperaturas elevadas en la salida de luz.
La luz LED emitida a través del videocistouretros-
copio flexible CMOS puede provocar deslumbra-
miento en la salida distal de luz o producir elecadas
temperaturas y, con ello, provocar quemaduras.
