5. 10. 1 Korrektes Halten

Den Griff des flexiblen CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskops entsprechend der Abbildung in die
linke oder rechte Hand nehmen. Mit einem solchen
Kontrollgriff kann das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskop mit einer Hand bedient werden.

5. 10. 2 Handhabung des Schaftes

VORSICHT: Das flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskop nicht am Schaft tragen.
Den Schaft des flexiblen CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskops nicht ziehen, spannen
oder verdrehen.

VORSICHT: Der Schaft des flexiblen CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroskops darf keinesfalls
geknickt oder in zu enge Schlingen gelegt
werden. Die flexiblen CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskope vorzugsweise hängend auf-
bewahren oder sterilisiert in einem speziell
dafür ausgelegten Tray für Sterilisation und
Aufbewahrung (39405 AS).

WARNUNG: Kein Gleitmittel auf die Linse
bringen, um eine Trübung des Bildes und
damit Gefahren für den Patienten zu ver-
meiden!
Verwenden Sie ein wasserlösliches Gleitmittel
(keine Silikone) für den distalen Bereich des
Einführschafts. Eine Liste freigegebener Gleitmittel
finden Sie unter www.karlstorz.com.
Falls das Bild im Einsatz ausfällt, gestört oder
verschmiert wird oder im Allgemeinen die Sicht
beeinträchtigt wird, die Abwinkelungsmechanik in
die neutrale Stellung bringen und den Schaft des
flexiblen CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops lang-
sam aus dem Körper herausziehen.

5. 10. 1 Holding correctly

Grip the handle of the flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope in your left or right hand, as shown
in the picture. With this kind of control grip, the
Flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope can be
operated with one hand.

5. 10. 2 Handling the shaft

CAUTION: Do not carry the flexible CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroscope by the shaft.
Do not pull, clamp or twist the shaft of the
Flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope.

CAUTION: The shaft of the flexible CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroscope must never be
kinked or coiled up too tightly. It is best
to store the flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscopes in a suspended position or
to keep them sterilized in a tray specifically
designed for sterilizing and storage
(39405 AS).

WARNING: Do not apply lubricant to the
lens, to avoid clouding the image and
thus posing a risk to the patient!
Use a suitable water-soluble lubricant (no silicone)
for the distal section of the shaft. For lubricants
approved by KARL STORZ, please see
www.karlstorz.com.
If, during use, the image fails, is disturbed, or
becomes blurred, or if vision in general is imped-
ed, put the deflection mechanism into the neutral
position and slowly pull the shaft of the flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope out of the
patient's body.

5. 10. 1 Sujeción correcta
Sujete el mango del videocistouretroscopio flexible
CMOS con la mano izquierda o la derecha como
se muestra en la ilustración. Con un mango de
control de este tipo, el videocistouretroscopio flexi-
ble CMOS se puede manejar con una sola mano.

5. 10. 2 Manejo de la vaina

ADVERTENCIA: No transporte el video-
cistouretroscopio flexible CMOS sujetándo-
lo por la vaina. No tire, estire o gire la vaina
del videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS .

ADVERTENCIA: Por ningún motivo doble
la vaina del videocistouretroscopio flexible
CMOS ni la deposite en rollos demasiado
apretados. Almacene los videocistouretros-
copios flexibles CMOS preferentemente
suspendidos o en un recipiente para este-
rilización y almacenamiento (39405 AS)
especialmente preparado al efecto.

CUIDADO: ¡No aplique ningún producto
lubricante sobre la lente, a fin de evitar un
enturbiamiento de la imagen y, con ello,
riesgos para el paciente!
Utilice un producto lubricante soluble en agua
(ninguna silicona) para el área distal de la vaina de
inserción. Con respecto a los lubricantes aproba-
dos por KARL STORZ, véase www.karlstorz.com.
Si durante la aplicación, la imagen desapareciese,
fuese interferida o enturbiada o la visibilidad en
general se viera afectada de algún modo, coloque
el mecanismo deflector en la posición neutral y
extraiga lentamente la vaina del videocistouretros-
copio flexible CMOS fuera del cuerpo.
