Selecting Exposure Modes
Note: For detailed explanation of the options on the Mode screen, check out
the rest topics in this section.
Part Mode
The Part Mode allows you to specify whether to turn on the Normal feature
or Low Dose feature.
Normal
The Normal feature provides higher dosage to penetrate bigger objects
such as the body parts of a patient with a larger body size.
Low Dose
The Low Dose feature provides lower dosage to penetrate smaller objects
such as the body parts of a patient with a smaller body size.
Select one feature to turn on the feature; select otherwise to turn it off.
Note: Please note that the Normal feature works only in the pulse fluoroscopy
mode. Make sure you have the FLUORO exposure mode selected.
Pulse Rate
You can specify the pulse rate (2 PPS, 6 PPS, 8 PPS, or 15 PPS). The default
pulse per second is 6. Larger PPS means more frames for a given time length,
or shorter time length for a given frame count, which in turn, result in
smoother animation and larger dosage; and vice versa.
Note: The pulse rate setting applies only to the Cine-loop exposure mode.
