Operation Guidelines (Optional)
An operation guideline is a virtual line that acts as a visual aid to help you im-
prove the accuracy of the surgical operation procedure.
You can add, edit, or remove one or more operation guidelines on the frozen
last images on the viewing screens.
Add a guideline
To add an operation guideline:

For example, an AP image will be displayed on the left viewing
screen.
Press
to show more buttons, and then press Set as Ref-
erence
.
The image specified in Step 2 will be set as a reference image. Later
it can be used as a reference when comparing with any other spec-
ified images.
If the image you specify was generated together with an image
from the other X-ray plane, both of them will be set as reference im-
ages.
Note: When being displayed on the viewing monitor, a reference im-
age is marked with "REF" in the lower-left corner of the screen, in the lo-
cation where the mark "LIH" used to be.
Continue to generate another fluoroscopic image.
The last generated image will be held on the corresponding viewing
screen (for bi-plane imaging, on both screens).
Press Compare with Reference
The images displayed on the viewing screens will be switched to the
one previously set as a reference image.
Press Compare with Reference
generated image. Repeat this to display LIH and REF images alter-
nately on the viewing monitors.
Right-click anywhere on the viewing screen.
On the context menu, click Add.
A straight line appears, together with several tool buttons.
