Make sure the circuit breaker is in the Off state, and then plug the power
cord (L1) to a suitable AC receptacle, which conforms to the following spec-

IMPORTANT - Do not attempt to connect or disconnect any cable
when the equipment is powered on.
The power cord (L1) is not detachable and can only be replaced by the
service personnel authorized by WHALE to make sure it conforms to
relevant standards.

Before connecting to the mains, make sure its specifications conform
to the power supply requirements of the G-Arm system.
If you want to connect the G-Arm system to the mains with different
specifications, please contact the manufacturer.
Connect one end of the interconnect cable (L2) marked with the
Control Unit symbol (1) to the L2 socket (as shown in Figure 2-2
(p29)) on the back cover of the Control Unit.
Connect the other end that is marked with the G-Arm (2) symbol to
the G-Arm L2 socket.
