Generating Dose Reports
You can generate a report for the current study that summaries various
types of dosage given to the patient in this clinical procedure.
The items included in a dose summary report are explained as below:
Report Date:
MRN:
Name:
Accession #:
Physician:
Clinical Diagnosis:

Use the on-screen tool buttons to rotate and move the line.

On the viewing screen, right-click on the guideline.
On the context menu, click Edit to activate the edit mode.
The guideline tool buttons appear.
Use the on-screen tool buttons to rotate and move the line, as
shown in Figure 8-14 (p111).
Click OK to save the changes.
On the viewing screen, right-click on the guideline.
On the context menu, click Remove.
Date when the dose summary report was generated.
MRN (Medical Record Number). A unique ID for the specific
patient.
The name of the patient.
A unique number given to the new acquisition when the
patient is admitted.
The physician name.
The medical diagnosis.
