Last-image hold (LIH)

LIH on the viewing screen indicates that the image displayed on the screen
is the last image of the generated image sequence before the exposure is
terminated.
LIH is a useful feature where a constant image is maintained on the monitor
after an X-ray exposure is terminated. LIH is a dose saving feature as it allows
physicians to review the last image and plan the next move in a procedure.
If LIH does not appear on the viewing screen, it means that the image cur-
rently being displayed is not a frozen last image but a saved image you have
selected from the image list. To display the frozen last image on the viewing
screen, double-click or double-tap an image in the frozen image refreshing
area (5 in Figure 8-2 (p91)).

FT = Fluoroscopy Time
The max allowed Single Image Fluoroscopy Time is 10 seconds.
The Single Study Fluoroscopy Time will be reset to zero when you close the
current study and create a new study.
If the accumulated fluoroscopy time for a single study reaches 5 minutes, an
alarm is triggered. When the alarm rings, press the Reset key
trol panel to terminate the sound and reset the time counter of the Single
Study Fluoroscopy Time to zero.
The total fluoroscopy time counter will keep running until the G-Arm system
is shut down.
