Moving the Control Unit

To move the Control Unit:

Familiarize yourself with the mechanical operations of all controls
prior to moving the equipment.
It takes two people to maintain control of either unit (Control Unit or
G-Arm) when moving up or down an incline. Do NOT move the unit up
or down stairs or steps. Do NOT lock the unit in place on an incline.
Keep the Control Unit at least 3 meters away from the G-Arm. Leave
enough space for maneuvering.
Press the Power On button
the equipment, and then switch off the circuit breaker (2 in Figure 2-
5 (p32)).
Unplug the power cord (L1). Disconnect the interconnect cable (L2)
from the G-arm assembly. Disconnect any other external connec-
tions like footswitch cable (L3), protective earth cable (L4), etc.
Pull the monitor handles to make the viewing monitors face front.
