DICOM Setup
Reliable connections to DICOM servers are required for certain features to
work. Such features include:

Registering new patients using information provided by HIS/RIS
●
Transferring patient images to a PACS server
●
Printing images through a DICOM printer server
●
Transferring Dose Summary Report to the DICOM server
Namely, you should have the following settings properly configured to allow
the above mentioned features to work:
●
Connection to a HIS/RIS server
●
Connection to a PACS server
●
Connection to a DICOM printer server
●
Connection to a DICOM report server
DICOM setup process
To enable the DICOM related features, follow this work-flow:

Add a DICOM service (p125)

Combine a feature with a DICOM service (p126)
Access DICOM Setup screen
To enter the DICOM Setup screen:

Description
The version number of the operating system.
The version number of the workstation software.
The build number and the release date of the workstation
software.
The contact telephone number of the manufacturer.
The web address of the manufacturer.
The date on which the software license expires.
On the control screen, press System Settings
Type the system password, which by default is "123456", and then
press OK.
