Power-off Protection

The G-Arm system offers a power-off protection mechanism to prevent data
loss in the event of unexpected power cut. The G-Arm system always saves
the last two images (generated on separate X-ray imaging plane) in a tem-
porary location on the disk right after they have been generated, regardless
of the auto-saving settings.
If such abnormal shut-downs do happen, and if at that time the images have
not been saved yet, when you restart the equipment and try registering the
same patient (with the same patient MRN) again, those two temporarily
saved images will be displayed at the top-right corner of the control screen
(i.e., frozen image refreshing area where the last images are displayed). You
can then save them in the study.

When the equipment is on, press the Power On button
the control panel.
When you turn the equipment off, always wait at least 10 seconds
before powering it back on. This helps to prevent operational prob-
lems.
